How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the option chosen: with Standard shipping you will receive your painting within 7-10 working days in the EU, while with Express the times are reduced to 3-5 working days. Times may vary depending on the destination country. Each order includes a tracking code!

What happens if my painting arrives damaged? Or gets lost?

If the painting is damaged or lost, write to us at kronospaceart@gmail.com with photos or tracking number. We offer replacement or refund within 72 hours, with free return. More info in the Return and Refund Policy.

Can I return a painting?

Yes, you can return the painting within 14 days of receiving it if it is intact and unused. Contact us at kronospaceart@gmail.com (mailto:kronospaceart@gmail.com). You are responsible for the return costs, except for damage or errors. Custom paintings are not returnable. See details in our Return and Refund Policy.

Are the paintings already framed?

They are framed in a high quality matt black American Cassette frame. Specially designed.

Are the paintings limited editions?

All works are in a limited edition of 30 copies, we specify those with the phrase inside, each accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Will the colors in the painting be the same as the ones I see on the screen?

The colors faithfully respect those in the illustrations, but may vary slightly due to the settings of your screen. We guarantee you vivid and high quality shades.

Is your site secure for payments?

Absolutely yes! We use encrypted and secure payment systems (e.g. PayPal). Your data is protected.

How can I clean or maintain my painting?

We recommend dusting gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and humidity to preserve the colors and materials.
